About debt.tools
debt.tools is a free suite of UK-focused financial calculators built to help people understand, plan, and pay off their debt. No signup required, no ads, no data collection. Just clear numbers and honest tools.
Why we built this
Every debt calculator we found online either hid behind a signup wall, bombarded you with ads, or tried to sell you a financial product. We wanted something different: a set of genuinely free tools that respect your privacy and help you make informed decisions about your money.
Debt can feel overwhelming, but understanding the numbers is the first step. Whether you are comparing snowball vs avalanche payoff strategies, figuring out the real cost of minimum payments, or evaluating a balance transfer offer, our calculators give you the clarity you need, in plain English, with no jargon.
Who is behind debt.tools?
debt.tools is built and maintained by an independent team based in Manchester, UK. We design and build tools that help people with everyday financial decisions.
